Yoga Therapy includes the classic building blocks of Yoga: Asanas (movements), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Depending on the wishes and needs of the patient, these are combined until a holistic concept is achieved.
Yoga Therapy is a modern form of Yoga that can support the physical, mental and psychological healing process. This has been scientifically proven with regard to many illnesses.
Of course, the concept of Yoga Therapy does not only include movements through asana practice. It is much more a rethinking of lifestyle habits, nutrition and thinking and acting and therefore a holistic concept
