In the past, the term mental health only referred to the treatment of mental illnesses such as depression or anxiety disorders. Nowadays, the focus is on achieving comprehensive well-being through prevention. Studies show that mental well-being is closely linked to physical health. This holistic approach is increasingly being pursued. When mental health is strengthened, this has a positive effect on the body. Both are an essential part of a healthy life.
