PILATES

Pilates is a full-body workout to strengthen and stabilize the muscles. The movements are performed precisely under my professional guidance. The focus is on body awareness in conjunction with breathing. Activating your powerhouse, i.e. the center of your body, has been proven to have many health benefits. The powerhouse extends from the pelvic floor to the tips of the diaphragm and is strengthened and relaxed in holistic Pilates training. Hormonal changes can also be alleviated and managed with a strong pelvic floor and a strong powerhouse. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, there is the right intensity for everyone. 


REHAB SPORTS

In rehabilitation sports, there is a mix of orthopaedic exercises for the most common conditions such as rheumatism, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, Becherew's disease, lumbago, slipped discs and various problems in the lumbar spine, thoracic spine and cervical spine. 

The focus here is on restoring and maintaining health. 

The doctor prescribes rehabilitation sport if you are either already affected or if there is a risk of impairment. 

The improvement of general fitness is automatically included.
