yoga and yogatherapy

Scientific studies have proven the preventative effect of classic yoga classes as well as the healing and therapeutic effect of yoga therapy.

yoga

Regular yoga practice leads to an improvement in human self-regulation skills. Physically perceptible emotions are located at the boundary between the inner and outer worlds and can be brought into balance through yoga practice.

The positive effects of yoga are the development of self-efficacy, sensorimotor training, the acquisition of new physical experiences, the expansion of body awareness and the modulation of the autonomic nervous system.

It also explores the interplay between posture and mood and improves brain performance and cognitive abilities.

In order to be able to fully focus on you, I only offer yoga in small groups.

yogatherapy

As one of the main pillars, Yoga therapy can help to restore a lost balance.

While classical Yoga is concerned with the prevention of illness, i.e. prevention, Yoga Therapy treats people who are already ill. In classical Yoga classes, we practise with several participants, whereas in Yoga Therapy we work one-to-one.

Yoga Therapy is a modern form of Yoga that can support the physical, mental and psychological healing process.

I always work according to a holistic approach.
